Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time starts from 2:00 PM.

Check-out should be completed by 12:00 PM, ensuring a smooth transition for the next guests.

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

A deposit is not required; we only request a booking guarantee.

The credit card details provided during the booking process serve as the booking guarantee.

No charges will be applied to your account at the booking stage.

Full payment will be processed during check-in at the resort, with options including Visa, MasterCard, or cash payment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, no fees will be charged.

For cancellations or modifications made later, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
